If your outreach relates to an affiliate or promotional arrangement, please include the product category up front — we decline most pharma, supplement, and unregulated-remedy pitches as a matter of editorial policy.

Veterinary Professionals

If you are a licensed veterinarian, veterinary technician, or exotics specialist and you have spotted something inaccurate or outdated, we especially want to hear from you. Corrections from professionals get fast-tracked: we aim to acknowledge receipt within one business day, and to have a revised version of the page live within five. Use the form above or email corrections@petcarehelperai.com with the specific URL and the source (journal article, guideline document, textbook edition) you want us to align with. Fixes are published with attribution on our Corrections Log if you opt in, and the named clinical reference set we already work from is on the Editorial Team page.

Reporting a Factual Error

If you can paste the exact sentence that looks wrong and either a corrected version or a source, we can usually turn it around the same day. Privacy and Data Requests

For a data access, correction, or deletion request under CCPA, GDPR, or any state-level consumer privacy law, use the form above or email advertise@petcarehelperai.com. We process privacy requests within the statutory window (typically 30 days). Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how long we retain it, and which third-party processors touch it. We do not maintain user accounts, so most requests resolve quickly.

What We Cannot Do Over Email

We cannot diagnose your pet, triage a current illness, or advise on dosages. The AI chat on the Chat page offers educational information only; if your pet is actively unwell, please contact a veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435. We also cannot write prescriptions, refer you to a specific local vet (we publish location directories, not personal referrals), or recommend a product tailored to your pet's exact weight and history.

Mail, phone, and in-person meetings are not currently offered. Pet Care Helper AI is a small editorial operation based in Boston, MA, and we keep the contact surface intentionally narrow so that nothing falls through the cracks. Every message is read by a person; nothing goes to an automated triage bot.
